Born in New Bedford Massachusetts, Jeff Sylvia grew up an altar
boy and confirmed Catholic. He believed strongly in God, Satan,
heaven and hell, and the struggle between good and evil. “I
remember pondering the afterlife at a very young age ”. Although
he did believe in life after death, the thought of communication
with the dead was a big leap. “I once looked at my wife like
she was crazy, but then I educated myself”. It was when he moved
to the condo in Leominster, (featured on A & E’s Paranormal
State) that unexplained phenomena began to take place. It was
then that the need for answers and fascination with the paranormal
took shape in his life.
