Our Story...

The primary function of the N.E.C.A.P.S. is to break new ground in a variety of paranormal research areas. Through intensive research, tedious investigation and hands-on interactive experimentation in a laboratory environment, our goal is to introduce a greater understanding of paranormal activity and the energy it comprises. The N.E.C.A.P.S. began as a small independent research effort conducted by Michael Baker in the fall of 2003. Michael's expertise in electronics engineering, and the vast experience he gained during the production of his independent film "14 Degrees" gave him a valuable insight to the current state of scientific based paranormal research. It was from this experience that Michael discovered specific areas of the research field that might benefit from his special brand of expertise. Today, Michael, and his team continue to research not only the paranormal, but more so the many sciences behind it. Exploring the rarely studied areas of the extremely low electro-magnetic spectrum, the mysteries of electronic voice phenomena and the complex and subtle patterns of environmental and atmospheric changes associated with paranormal ocurrences.
