• Do ghosts exist?
This question has been asked for thousands of years. People have
claimed to have seen ghosts as well as other paranormal phenomena.
Researchers are continuously working hard in all methods searching
for answer to this question. This question is usually answered by
the “belief” of the individual person. Unfortunately for now scientifically
we cannot answer “yes” or “no”.
• Can we communicate with
ghosts?
Investigators use different methods in the attempt to communicate and for ghosts, spirits etc...to communicate with us. One example of communication is an EVP (electric voice phenomenon), investigators use a digital recorder to attempt to catch a disembodied voice. People also claim that ghosts communicate to them in a different way, in a dream, writing on paper, appearing to them or in some form of a psychic connection. Again there is no “yes” or “no” and we are constantly researching to find an answer.
• Can a ghost hurt me?
Some people believe that demons can hurt you depending on the case.
The majority of the time there are only reports of sightings and
sounds and you will not be harmed.
• Can there be a logical
explanation for our ghost?
Yes, some of phenomena you are experiencing could possibly be caused
by temperature changes (creaks, moans, floorboards), house settling
(creaks, groans, snaps, loud thuds) animals in your attic or walls
(footsteps, running, whispering, shadows), high EMF (electric magnetic
field) (dizziness, fear, feeling of being watched, sick to stomach)
or even some nearby construction (vibration, loud noise, crashing).
• What is a Ouija board?
A Ouija board believed by some to be from French oui and German ja “yes” also known as a spirit board or talking board, is a flat board marked with letters, numbers, and other symbols, supposedly used to communicate with spirits. It uses a planchette (small heart shaped piece of wood) or movable indicator to indicate the spirit's message by spelling it out on the board during a séance. The fingers of the participants are placed on the planchette, which then moves around the board to spell out messages.
